FAQ's

1. What color is the T-shirt?
The T-shirt will be a white, long sleeve shirt.
2. Is the art for the front or the back of the T-shirt?
The art will be for the front of the T-shirt only.
3. What is the printing process?
We will use four color process and screen print onto the T-shirt.
4. How many designs can I submit?
Enter as many designs as you wish.
5. Can I make any changes to the Critz Tybee Run logo?
The Critz Tybee Run logo can be any size in your design, but you may NOT make any changes to the logo including the colors of the logo.

Rules & Instructions

Here's your chance to be a part of the 2011 Critz Tybee Run - Half Marathon and 5 K. The opportunity is open to the general public to create a T-shirt design for the 2011 Critz Tybee Run. The winner of the contest will receive $500 in prize money and have their design on a T-shirt that people will wear far and wide!

The RULES:

Prize money: $500 for winning entry

The T-shirt design must include the following:

  1. Be created in four-color (CMYK)
  2. Include the Critz Tybee Run logo (download instructions below)
  3. State the date of the run – Saturday, February 5, 2011
  4. Be 11 inches wide by 14 inches in height
  5. Incorporate the fun and unique atmosphere of Tybee Island

If the design does not incorporate these elements, it will not be eligible for consideration.

DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2010
Art will be accepted now through Friday, December 31, 2010 by 5 PM. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011. The art must be submitted as a low-resolution PDF file. The entries should be uploaded to www.robmark.com/critztybeerun. When you submit your entry you must include all of your contact information: Name, Address with Zip Code, Email, Phone number. Decision of the judges will be final. Applicants will be notified by email.

Once the winning work is chosen, the file must be made available as a printable high-resolution PDF file by January 7th, 2011, before the prize money is awarded. Please allow three weeks from PDF file posting date for delivery of prize money.

Reproduction rights to the winning entry become the property of the Critz Tybee Run. The Critz Tybee Run will possess unlimited usage rights of the art in advertising, marketing and promotion, etc.
