A popular restaurant’s closing for land re-zoning requires attentive responses to patrons and residents.

When the owners of the classic Johnny Harris Restaurant entered into an agreement to explore opportunities for potential development which included land use planning and rezoning, they realized that patrons and residents would have a hard time with changes to the iconic Savannah property.
