As plugged in as we are now, it’s hard to believe how new the World Wide Web was at one point and how it has completely shaped our current lives. The first email was sent in 1971, and the first Internet domain was registered in 1985. The first banner ad went live in 1994, and the first item ever sold on eBay was a broken laser pointer in 1995. More recently, the first Skype session was in 2003 and the first Facebook I.D. number belonged to who else, but Mark Zuckerberg. Take a look at the list and have fun reminiscing!
