In an age where airlines are skimping their customers left and right and customer service ratings are at an all-time low, it’s amazing to see a stunt like what Canada’s WestJet pulled off recently. A virtual Santa asked each passenger what they wanted for Christmas on a live video feed. Little did they know, their wishes no matter how big or small would be fulfilled as the airline scrambled to purchase each item and wrap it for customers to pick up at baggage claim.
