February 13 will mark one year that JetBlue has been at Savannah/Hilton Head International and there is good news for our client—JetBlue is here to stay!

“Based on the performance and the reception we’ve had here, Savannah is definitely being looked at as one of the airports that is going to be growing in the near future in terms of adding additional routes,” said Allison Miguel, Savannah station manager for JetBlue Airways.

JetBlue currently has three daily flights, two from New York City’s JFK and one from Boston.

The airline has served 100,000 passengers in Savannah since its arrival last year and according to Miguel, it’s just the beginning. JetBlue will be looking at expanding Savannah services in the future, but, Miguel adds, since it’s important to the airline to grow responsibly, it won’t be the near future.

JetBlue has been a great addition to Savannah/Hilton Head International and we are looking forward to the future!
