One year after Google’s Chrome Browser beat out Mozilla’s Firefox Browser in its share of the market, Chrome came out on top of long time market share leader Internet Explorer in the results from StatCounter’s most recent data. Newcomer Google Chrome has only been on the market for three and a half years, making it all the more impressive to conquer the seventeen year campaign by Internet Explorer. Although Chrome is barely holding on to it new lead with 32.76% of market shares compared to Explorer’s 31.94%, the trend has been very positive for Google so they should not have too much to worry about. Check out the graph and additional information here. Congratulations to Google.
