Want to hear some extraordinary classical music this weekend by Savannah’s most talented musicians and singers?  Then you won’t want to miss the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra’s concert on Saturday, November 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lucas Theatre for the Arts.  This performance is a must for any music-lover as it features the best in popular classical selections from your favorite composers Weber, Tchaikovsky and Beethoven. Selections will include Weber’s beautiful Oberon Overture and Tchaikovsky’s magnificent Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor complete with world-renowned piano soloist, Shaun Tirrell, and will conclude with Beethoven’s spectacular Symphony No. 7.
