We are very proud to report that our client, Wendy’s Co-op of Savannah, has donated $10,000 to The Salvation Army to help send area children to the local summer camp. The donation is the result of an independent Frosty promotion run by the regional Wendy’s co-op in stores serving the Coastal Empire that includes Savannah, Darien, Statesboro, Vidalia, Hinesville, Jesup, Hilton Head Island and Beaufort. Wendy’s regional co-op hosted a check presentation ceremony on Tuesday, May 17. For several months until the program’s conclusion earlier this year, guests at Wendy’s Coastal Empire locations were asked to donate one dollar to receive a Frosty Key Tag. For the duration of the promotion, participants received a free Jr. Frosty with any purchase after showing the key tag. All proceeds of this promotion will help fund The Salvation Army’s local camping program. Check out a picture from the check presentation below. Way to go, Wendy’s!
