THE CHALLENGE

Creme of Nature, a brand within Revlon Professional Brands’ multicultural division offering popular haircare products, was in need of an updated website. With a majority of the website’s visitors accessing via mobile devices, it was critical that the new website was designed with mobile accessibility at top of mind. The website needed a seamless breakdown of content, clear calls to action, and a forward-thinking user experience. 

THE ROBMARK STRATEGY

RobMark built an updated, more user-friendly website for Creme of Nature featuring a product grid with the ability to filter by collection, product type, and product benefit. We created detailed product pages with robust product imagery, descriptions, ingredients, instructions for use, FAQs, videos, product reviews, and more. Additionally, the Store Locator, Hair Quiz, Style Gallery, and Social Corner easily give users helpful information through a unique experience. The Store Locator features both in-store and online product results across a variety of major retailers. Users can also choose to send store locator results to themselves via email or SMS. With the interactive Hair Quiz, visitors can take the quiz about their hair type, lifestyle, and hair goals to receive product recommendations. The Style Gallery features step-by-step instructions and products used to create that style for visitors to recreate themselves.

THE RESULTS

The new Creme of Nature website, complete with ADA accessibility, keeps users top of mind throughout the entire web experience. Not only can they learn more about their hair needs with the Hair Quiz, but they can also easily access production information, learn about key ingredients, view styling tips, and more via the Creme of Nature website from any device. The site also helps create a more loyal brand following by providing ample touchpoints for the user to be able to interact with the brand beyond just their website visit. The Social Corner section of the website has helped to boost Creme of Nature’s social following, while blogger videos and other featured videos throughout the site have received thousands of views.
