THE CHALLENGE

Creme of Nature, a division of Revlon Professional Brands offering popular ethnic haircare products, was in need of a new website. With separate desktop and mobile sites, the brand was ready to move to one responsive website with a fresh design and custom features. The website needed to showcase the brand’s diverse product lines and natural ingredients, and needed to integrate seamlessly with their social media accounts and blogger partnerships.

THE ROBMARK STRATEGY

RobMark built a brand-new, responsive website for Creme of Nature, featuring pages for the brand’s product lines and individual products, a style gallery, an interactive Social Corner, and a store locator. Each individual product page not only showcases that product along with styling tips, but also helps cross-sell with a ‘related products’ feature, provides an option for the customer to review the product, and integrates blogger videos on the page. The Social Corner page was a creative solution to Creme of Nature’s request for social integration. Users can filter the page based on which of the brand’s social platforms they want to view posts from.

THE RESULTS

The new Creme of Nature website has become the virtual storefront for the brand, receiving up to 59,000 sessions and 135,000 pageviews per month. Users can now easily access product and ingredient information, styling tips, and more via the Creme of Nature website from any device. In addition, the Social Corner has helped to boost Creme of Nature’s social following, while blogger videos and other featured videos throughout the site have received thousands of views.
