The ANAR Foundation in Spain manages a European hotline for children to call if they are being abused. In an effort to provide abused children with a safe way to reach out for help, the organization advertised two different messages, one for adults and one for children. The message for children can only be seen if the person is under 4 feet, 5 inches, a smart precaution if the child happens to be walking with his or her attacker.
