As advertising shifts from traditional to digital mediums, researchers have wondered how consumers’ reception to the ads have changed based on their demographics and how the ads are presented. Social metrics company, Ambassador, has presented the extremely interesting findings in a useful infographic posted on Mashable. A couple cool tidbits:

“Company websites are listed as the most important advertising medium.”

“93% of respondents ages 25-34 said they use a search engine to find a company with which to do business.”

In addition, the chart highlights consumers’ perception of advertising accuracies based on medium.
