Darling is a haircare brand dedicated to helping African women to have quality, on-trend hair with their line of textured hair extensions. Their website lacked engaging visuals and they were looking to improve both the customer shopping and customer loyalty experiences.
THE ROBMARK STRATEGY
RobMark programmed a new site to feature the four Darling collections with links to easily shop. An email sign-up pop-up was added with different segments for braiders, consumers, and influencers. A celebrity campaign featuring Teyana Taylor was prepared to launch through e-blasts and site visuals. Animation and video were added throughout the site with calls to join the Darling Braiders Club Facebook Group. Online shoppers were also able to view Darling’s products and easily purchase them through 3rd party retailer sites.
Darling has an updated and ADA accessible website built to engage viewers and help them find – and easily shop – their favorite products with various third-party retailers. Vivid and creative imagery shows off brand products on real women. A social feed link guides viewers to the Darling Instagram where they can interact with the brand and follow along for styling inspiration. With every click, the website helps to connect viewers with the Darling brand by presenting quality products consumers can trust in their day-to-day lives, and making shopping for those products a stress-free experience.
