THE CHALLENGE

Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association was in need of a new, redesigned website that not only served as a resource for the public, but also served as a convenient hub for property owners. Owners needed a place where they could log in to access applications and documents, learn about opportunities to get involved in the community, contact team members within the Association, pay fees, and more.

THE ROBMARK STRATEGY

RobMark and Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association worked together to determine how to balance both the public-facing and private, password-protected property owner content on the website that was both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. RobMark integrated Palmetto Dunes photography and videography throughout the website, which help highlight the vibrant community. Service providers visiting the property can use the website to easily find information on vendor access passes, ARB applications and permits, and more. Guests can visit the website to learn about resort rules, on-site transportation, dining, activities, and upcoming events.

THE RESULTS

The new Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association website not only showcases the stunning community, but also provides access to key information for several different groups including property owners, guests, and service providers. With clear navigation for public users, and organized, password-protected content for property owners, the new website provides an optimal user experience.
